Frequently asked questions
Are your iPhones unlocked?
Yes. Every iPhone is fully unlocked and works on any network worldwide. Each one is checked against the GSMA blacklist and has iCloud / Find My removed.
What battery health can I expect?
iPhones ship with a minimum of 85% battery health. Laptops have at least 80% of their original capacity. If yours arrives below that, we'll replace the battery or the device.
How do I pay?
Pay securely at checkout by card (Visa, Mastercard), Apple Pay, Google Pay, PayPal or Klarna. Payments are processed by Stripe, and we never see your card details. Business and bulk orders can also pay by bank transfer or purchase order through a trade quote.
Do you ship outside the UK?
Yes, we ship to most countries with tracked, insured couriers. Import duties and local taxes are the buyer's responsibility and are collected by the courier on delivery.
What's in the box?
The device, a compatible charging cable (and a charger for laptops), plus a SIM tool for phones. Devices come in Tekflux protective packaging, not the original Apple box.
Do you buy used devices?
Yes, from single devices to whole business fleets, with certified data wiping. See Trade-in & IT disposal or send us the models and condition for a quote.
Condition grades
Every device passes the same 40+ functional checks. Grades only describe how the device looks.

Returns
Changed your mind? UK customers can return any item within 30 days of delivery for a full refund, and we'll send a free returns label. International customers can also return within 30 days, but return postage is paid by the customer unless the item is faulty. Items must come back with their accessories, and with iCloud / Find My switched off.
12-month warranty
Every device and accessory is covered for 12 months against faults that weren't caused by accidents, liquid or unauthorised repairs. We'll repair it, replace it or refund you. This is in addition to your statutory rights under the Consumer Rights Act 2015.
